Venue Booking
Full or part venue bookings are becoming increasingly popular for our venue. Baby Showers, Wedding Receptions, Anniversaries, Celebratory Birthdays, Work Events, Charity Nights
and many more can be accommodated.



The Details
We will open at any time during the week for private functions.
We offer competitive hire rates with
some times in the week being completely free.
A £100 deposit is required to confirm a booking (baby showers, christenings and baby showers are £50), the deposit is retained and will be refunded after the event as long as there are no issues during your event (see T&C's).
The hire fee and any other additions is to be paid 1-2 weeks before the event date.

Food options
We do have potential to also look at other food options but the below are standard optionsNi
Traditional buffet - £9.95 a head (£10.95 from March 2026 onward)
Afternoon tea style buffet - £9.95 a head (£10.95 from March 2026 onward)
Grazing buffet/table - £10.95 a head (£11.95 from March 2026 onward)
Premium Buffet - £14.95 a head
(minimum buffet amount is 20 heads)
We are happy to cater for as many guests as you'd like.

Catering however must be done by us for an event.

Large 2.2m balloon hoops - from £100
Balloon / drape backlit backdrops - from £130
(We currently have: White Satin, Gold Sequin, Silver Sequin & Pink Sequin backdrops)
Triple gold arch backdrop - £120
Floor standing LED numbers & balloon piece over them - £130
Floor standing LED numbers on their own - £70 (ideal to stand in front of a hoop or backdrop)
Large freestanding balloon garlands across the venue - from £100
Add a neon sign - £10 (currently we have 'Lets celebrate' 'Better together' 'Bride to be' 'Mr&Mrs'
'She said yes' 'It was always you' 'Oh baby' 'Cheers' and a moon & star logo).
Large 4ft light up LOVE letters with fairground bulbs - £120
Prosecco wall stand alone - Free when buying welcome drinks from us
Prosecco wall with balloon piece - £40
If you do not wish for us to decorate you are more than welcome to decorate yourself.
We do not however allow external companies.
We allocate all bookings an hour of setup time which can either be just before the event or earlier in the day, times can be discussed during booking, additional time can be purchased if needed.

Music
We know a number of DJ's and can provide contact details for these (They generally charge £150). If you'd like to provide a DJ yourself we'll need notifying upon booking and they'll need to provide their insurance documents a minimum of a week prior to the event.
Alternatively we can run a playlist of your chosen music for no extra cost.
Venue Capacity
The top mezzanine floor of the venue can hold up to 60 people.
The full venue can accommodate up to 150 people.
Other Details
Please note, popcorn, confetti, glitter, gender reveal cannons, dry ice and confetti filled balloons (other than gender reveal balloons) are unfortunately not permitted on site, due to previous bad experiences. Sorry for any inconvenience.
Last orders on a standard night is 11:45pm and we close at midnight.
Please plan your journey home with these times in mind.
Under 18's are allowed in our venue until 9:30pm for a part venue booking
or until close for a full venue booking, at the discretion of the party host.
Deposits are taken by payment link or cash (whichever you prefer) they are refunded the next working day after the event and your bank may take up to 7 working days to return the funds to your bank balance. Cash can be refunded within 2 working days.

Miniature cakes and macarons. Premium sandwich selection
(Mini cakes & macarons can be added into both the traditional and grazing buffets,
upon request for £2.00 per head)
Afternoon tea buffet
Scones, Jam selection, Clotted cream, Quiche, Sausage rolls,
Strawberries, Mini cakes selection, Sandwich selection

Food must be removed after 4hrs to comply with hygiene laws.
