Venue Booking

Full or part venue bookings are becoming increasingly popular for our venue. Baby Showers, Wedding Receptions, Anniversaries, Celebratory Birthdays, Work Events, Charity Nights

and many more can be accommodated. 


The Details

We will open at any time during the week for private functions such as wedding receptions etc.

We offer FREE venue hire across the majority of the week/weekend.

(Saturday evening full venue hire is possible but

does come with a larger hire fee if closing to the public)

(The mezzanine floor has its own bar and set of toilets)

 Please use the form below or contact us on social media to enquire about availability.

A £100 deposit is required to confirm a booking, the deposit is retained and will be refunded after the event as long as there are no issues during your event (see T&C's).

The hire fee and any additional costs such as food etc are to be paid 7 days

prior to the event at the latest.

Food options

We do have potential to also look at other food options but the below are standard options

Traditional buffet - £8.95 a head

Afternoon tea style buffet - £8.95 a head

Grazing buffet/table - £9.95 a head

(minimum buffet amount is 20 heads)

We are happy to cater for as many guests as you'd like.

Catering however must be done by us for an event.


We can quote for items such as backdrops (including white silk and gold sequin),

balloon hoops, balloon arches, balloon table centrepieces, custom balloon pieces (on our railings etc), banners, sweet tables and much more. Please ask for options when booking.

Large 2.2m balloon hoops - from £95

Balloon / drape backlit backdrops - from £120

Balloon welcome sign - from £65

Large freestanding balloon garlands across the venue - from £100

Balloon garlands and many other options available. Please enquire when making your booking.

If we cannot provide what you are looking for we will allow external companies in and you are more than welcome to decorate yourself.

Sweet table

Includes, jars, tongs and sweet bags

up to 20 guests worth of sweets - £40

up to 30 guests worth of sweets - £50

up to 40 guests worth of sweets - £60

(Jars, bags and scoops provided too)


A DJ for the night is £150 and we have a number of DJ's available.

Alternatively we can run a playlist of your chosen music for no extra cost.

Venue Capacity

The top mezzanine floor of the venue can hold up to 60 people.

The ground floor event space & mezzanine together can hold up to around 100 people.

The full venue can accommodate up to 160 people.

Other Details

Please note, popcorn, confetti, glitter and confetti filled balloons (other than gender reveal balloons) are unfortunately not permitted on site, due to previous bad experiences. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Last orders on a standard night is 11:45pm and we close at midnight.

Please plan your journey home with these times in mind.

Under 18's are allowed in our venue until 9:30pm for a part venue booking

or until close for a full venue booking.

Deposits are taken by payment link or cash (whichever you prefer) they are refunded the next working day after the event and your bank may take up to 5 working days to return the funds to your bank balance. Cash can be refunded within 2 working days.

Traditional Buffet

Sausage rolls, Quiche selection, Scotch egg bites, Crispy chicken, Cocktail sausages, Grapes,

Bread sticks, Spring Rolls, Pork pie, Mozzarella Sticks, Falafel Bites, Tomatoes, Peppers, Tortilla chips, Pastry twists, Selection of dips, Crackers, Sandwich selection

Grazing buffet

Feta cheese, Minimum 2x varieties of sliced cheeses, Salami, Chorizo, Olives

(In addition to the traditional buffet option, excluding sandwiches)


(Mini cakes can be added into both the traditional and grazing buffets, upon request)

Afternoon tea buffet

Scones, Jam selection, Clotted cream, Quiche, Sausage rolls,

Strawberries, Mini cakes selection, Sandwich selection

This is a rough guide as to what items our buffets consist of,

for any allergy requirements please notify us upon booking.

Food must be removed after 4hrs to comply with hygiene laws.

Please ensure you are happy with the terms and conditions of booking
